We take all card types (inc AMEX) and accept private health insurance.
No referral is necessary for Chiropractic consultations with the exception of DVA, Medicare EPC/CDM, CTP or WorkCover cases.
If you have booked me to see yourself and another patient then you may be eligible for a discounted rate – please reach out to Dr. Brooke to discuss.

No Show / Late Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens! If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.
Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or missed appointments (no-shows) may incur a cancellation fee. The fee is equal to the deposit you placed when booking, or the full appointment cost.
To avoid cancellation fees, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Unavoidable Emergencies: In the case of a true emergency, we may waive or partially waive your cancellation fee with proper documentation (e.g., medical certificate).
